Mr. Phua Choon Lye, our Chairman, has been in this industry for more than twenty years and he has been involved in remedial works of camps, jetties, buildings and bridges. He is also a pioneer in Singapore in the field of demolition of concrete using diamond tool equipment, namely in the upgrading of HDB flats into multi-generation flats in Woodlands and A & A works at the Suntec City.

Mr. Phua Eng How, our Executive Director, is a registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering, has close to 10 years experience of design and operation of pre-stressing works of HDB Design & Build Projects, the Ministry of Education HQ and all our controlled demolition and structural enhancement works.

Mr. Lim Sern Wei, our General Manager, is heading our efforts to launch our services at our Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) branch. He has been in the construction field for 10 years.

Mr. Chan Jen Jee, our Technology Manager, has 10 years of experience in the electronics and communications industry in Singapore. During his time with PSA Corp Ltd, he was instrumental in setting up and maintaining the port’s communications systems and infrastructure as well as security systems.
